About the role

Embark on a rewarding career in healthcare as a Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice with AP SD SEVENTY TWO LIMITED. This apprenticeship offers the opportunity to support the daily operations of a pharmacy, assist customers, and work alongside the pharmacy team to ensure a safe and efficient service. You will gain a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant qualification through blended learning, alongside practical experience. Key duties include serving customers at the medicines counter, preparing and supplying prescriptions under supervision, managing stock, processing prescriptions and sales using pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in healthcare, strong communication and customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. No prior pharmacy experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
