About the role

Fresh Start Project CIC is looking for an Adult Wellbeing Support Apprentice to help residents develop essential daily living and independent living skills. Working in a supportive, person-centred, and trauma-informed environment alongside experienced staff, you will play a key role in promoting wellbeing, building confidence, and empowering individuals to achieve greater independence. Your duties will include contributing to a safe and welcoming service environment, maintaining health and safety standards, assisting with activities that promote independence and social inclusion, and helping with meal preparation. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, updating care plans, and communicating effectively with individuals, colleagues, and external professionals. This apprenticeship offers structured training and support to develop your career in the adult social care sector.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 1/G+ (Essential), GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C+ (Desired). Strong communication, IT, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are also important.
