About the role

This Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship with 24/7 MEDICINE LIMITED in Liverpool offers a fantastic opportunity to start a career in healthcare. As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a pharmacy, assisting customers, and working closely with the pharmacy team to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. You will undertake a Level 2 Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship, receiving comprehensive training and support throughout the program. Key responsibilities include serving customers at the medicines counter, preparing and dispensing prescriptions under supervision, managing stock and deliveries, utilizing pharmacy systems, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality. The role requires strong communication and customer service skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. No prior pharmacy experience is necessary as full training is provided.
