About the role
Ambourne House Day Nursery is seeking a dedicated and passionate Childcare Apprentice to join their team. The apprentice will be studying towards an Early Years Educator apprenticeship at Level 3. The role involves supporting the care, learning, and development of children aged 0-5 years in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Key responsibilities include assisting in creating a positive learning environment, adhering to safeguarding procedures, supporting the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, observing children's progress, and developing positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. The apprentice will also maintain high standards of cleanliness and health and safety, and attend all required training sessions and coursework. Upon successful completion of this 18-month apprenticeship, the individual will have obtained their Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification. There is a possibility of a full-time role after successful completion.
