About the role
AINSTY TIMBER MARKETING LTD is seeking an apprentice to join their operations team and gain a Level 2 NVQ in Horticulture/Landscaping. The apprentice will work efficiently on various sites, carrying out scheduled tasks. Key duties include being a vital member of site clearance/maintenance field teams, performing vegetation management for key contracts, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and undertaking tasks such as strimming, chainsaw use, and chemical spraying. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and initiative. The apprenticeship offers the opportunity to progress into a Skilled Operative role with further training and industry-led qualifications.
