About the role
Join Harvester as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a culinary journey. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, contributing to the preparation and presentation of high-quality food. You'll work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training including face-to-face sessions and remote coaching. No prior experience is needed; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. Upon completion, you’ll have a nationally recognised qualification and the opportunity for further career progression within Mitchells & Butlers, which boasts numerous well-known restaurant and pub brands.
