About the role
Join Ember Inns as a Chef Apprentice and become a vital part of a local pub community. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain a qualification while working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to team meetings. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. This role is part of a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard delivered through work-based training over 15 months, including regular support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor.
