Early Years Educator Apprenticeship - Level 3

About the role

This Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a nursery or school setting who are passionate about childcare and early years development. The role involves providing engaging activities that promote learning and fun, supporting children's development through planning and observations, and preparing the environment and resources. Responsibilities also include food preparation for snacks, supporting children's self-help needs, and adhering to safeguarding and health and hygiene regulations. Successful candidates will undergo First Aid and other relevant training. The apprenticeship offers opportunities for career progression, including the potential to pursue an advanced diploma. The training is delivered remotely via Teams, with a dedicated tutor, and includes weekly online sessions for the first 8 weeks, along with on-site visits. Upon completion, apprentices will gain a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and a Level 3 Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Entry requirements

• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4 or above. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving skills, creativity, initiative, non-judgemental attitude, and patience are essential.
