About the role
This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to the automotive parts industry, focusing on warehouse operations and customer service. You will be involved in all aspects of handling a wide range of car parts and accessories for customers and suppliers. Key responsibilities include picking and packing orders, receiving and dispatching goods, serving customers at the trade counter, processing orders, and handling customer inquiries via phone and in person. The role also involves stock control, basic administration related to deliveries, and gaining product knowledge. You will be working closely with supervisors and managers to ensure efficient store maintenance and cleanliness, with opportunities to learn and grow within the business.
