About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Farmhouse, your motivational skills and passion for customer care are key to leading front of house teams. You'll ensure team members are knowledgeable and provide excellent customer experiences. Duties include deputising for the management team, resolving issues in their absence, organising and coordinating the team during busy shifts, and maintaining bar safety and cleanliness. You'll be a role model for great service, think on your feet, and have a positive, team-player attitude. The apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Learner Coach.
