About the role
We are seeking passionate Apprentice Chefs to join our vibrant kitchen team at Fountain (South Shields). As an Apprentice Chef, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting food to meet specifications and customer expectations. You will maintain high hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen, communicate effectively with your team to ensure timely delivery of quality meals, and stay updated on new products and menus. This apprenticeship offers work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor. You will obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths if required. Reviews will be conducted every 12 weeks. You will also join our unique Chef Academy.
