About the role
An exciting opportunity to join Tiny Tots Nursery as a Level 3 Childcare Apprentice. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma in Early Years, supporting the development and well-being of children aged 0-5. This 13-month apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Duties include providing stimulating activities, meeting Ofsted requirements, and ensuring equal opportunities. The role emphasizes teamwork, creativity, and adherence to safeguarding regulations. Upon successful completion, career progression opportunities include becoming a Level 3 practitioner, Room Leader, or pursuing management training, primary education, or paediatric nursing.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, presentation, and number skills are essential. Must be creative, non-judgemental, patient, and physically fit.
