About the role

Choice Support is seeking a kind, caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Adult Care Worker Apprentice to support a 21-year-old gentleman in Crewe. This apprenticeship offers the chance to study towards an Adult Care Worker apprenticeship Level 2, focusing on supporting individuals with morning routines, day service attendance, and community activities. The role involves delivering excellent care, celebrating achievements, encouraging fun and creativity, and engaging with the community to help individuals gain independence and lead fulfilling lives. Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, with a willingness to learn and develop skills being key. A full driving licence and business use is required.
