About the role
Are you ready to turn your hand to new skills? Marstons is looking for a motivated individual to join their team as an Apprentice Chef, helping the kitchen team create amazing food for guests. The role involves preparing, creating, and bringing the pub menu to life. You will learn new prepping skills, bring meals to life for the first time, and potentially own a section of the kitchen. This apprenticeship offers the chance to develop skills that can be taken home and grow your career. Experience in a similar Chef role or as an experienced KP is desired, along with a willingness to learn about kitchen procedures and work within a fast-paced team environment. The apprenticeship also includes a Chef Development Programme with the goal of becoming a Sous Chef.
