About the role
Hummingbirds Daycare is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Childcare Apprentice. This role offers the opportunity to study towards an Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship (L2/L3 depending on experience). The apprentice will work alongside experienced practitioners, supporting the learning, development, care, and wellbeing of children. Key responsibilities include supporting activity planning and delivery, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, building positive relationships, observing and supporting individual needs, assisting with documentation, supporting personal care, adhering to safeguarding and health and safety procedures, and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. The apprenticeship includes taking part in training and development activities, and expanding knowledge of child development. Upon completion, there is potential for a full-time role. The training provider is PARAGON EDUCATION & SKILLS LIMITED.
