About the role

EVEREST BARLOW LTD is seeking an Apprentice Pharmacy Assistant to join their team. This role involves dispensing medication, managing over-the-counter sales, checking prescription slips, and maintaining health & safety standards. The apprentice will also be responsible for stock rotation, using patient record systems, data entry, and ensuring accuracy in labelling and dispensing. The apprenticeship offers a structured training program with COREED LIMITED, covering Pharmacy Services Assistant Level 2 and functional skills if needed. Upon successful completion, there is potential for a permanent position and progression to a Pharmacy Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE Maths: 4-9(A-C) and GCSE English: 4-9(A-C), along with strong communication, customer care, organisation, patience, and teamwork skills.
