Childcare Apprentice

About the role

Ruislip Stars Nurseries is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Childcare Apprentice to join their team. This apprenticeship focuses on working with children aged six months to five years, supporting their daily needs and development. The role involves planning and delivering a variety of age-appropriate activities, assisting with school collections, and adhering to all safeguarding policies. You will also be responsible for taking observations, monitoring children's development, and ensuring a safe and stimulating environment. This apprenticeship includes undertaking domestic tasks such as snack preparation and cleaning, recording accidents/incidents, and communicating with parents. You will be expected to attend mandatory and non-mandatory training and maintain your own CPD log. This is an 18-month apprenticeship leading to an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification.
