About the role
Join Harvester as a Chef Apprentice and embark on a culinary journey. This Level 2 apprenticeship, delivered through work-based training over 15 months, offers a fantastic opportunity to gain a Production Chef qualification. You'll learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Responsibilities include team communication, handling guest queries, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, stock rotation, and adhering to all company policies. No prior experience is needed; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. You will receive support from a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. This role requires applicants to be 18 or over due to operational requirements.
