About the role

Kick-start your career in Operations with this hands-on apprenticeship. Gain real experience across the supply chain, from kit assembly and warehousing inventory control. With full training, mentoring, and exposure to a regulated environment, you'll build practical skills while supporting team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties include working alongside experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in kit assembly, warehousing, inventory, and dispatch. You'll support product assembly, stock management, order fulfilment, and documentation, learning quality, safety, and ISO-compliant processes. The apprentice will also assist with final product assembly, safely handle materials (including dry ice), support the printing of instructions and kit labels, monitor stock levels, maintain a clean workspace, support stock replenishment, assist with picking and packing in dispatch, support order processing, learn to complete documentation accurately, follow company procedures, and contribute ideas for improvements.
