About the role
Join Pottergate Golf Club as an Apprentice Cook and gain hands-on experience in a busy kitchen. You'll learn food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations while working towards a recognised qualification in a welcoming and supportive environment. Duties will include supporting the Head Chef, preparing and cooking dishes, ensuring food safety regulations are met, communicating with FOH teams, minimising waste, assisting with special events, and providing excellent customer service. Pottergate Golf Club is a family-owned, community-focused sports and hospitality company near Lincoln, established in 1990, operating as an inclusive hub for sports, dining, events, and accommodation.
