About the role
Join Hungry Horse as an Apprentice Kitchen Team Leader and lead our front of house teams in creating amazing food and customer experiences. This role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, supporting and guiding the kitchen team, deputising for senior staff, and ensuring high standards of food hygiene and safety. You'll monitor stock levels and kitchen organisation for efficient service. We're looking for individuals with a passion for food, strong leadership skills, an organised approach, and a commitment to safety and hygiene.
