About the role

Embark on a culinary journey with a Chef Apprenticeship at Clay Pipe Inn, Poole. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification over 15 months. You'll be working full-time in a fast-paced kitchen environment, learning from experienced chefs and contributing to delivering outstanding food and service. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food safely and efficiently, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and participating in team meetings. No prior experience is required, just a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn. This apprenticeship is delivered through work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote support from a Lifetime Learner Coach, with an in-workplace mentor.

Responsibilities include open communication with the team, preparing food to brand standard, handling guest queries, maintaining kitchen hygiene, stock rotation, and adhering to all company policies and licencing laws. You will also complete all necessary documentation and due diligence records.
