About the role

Embark on a culinary journey as a Chef Apprentice with Vintage Inns, a collection of charming rural pubs. This apprenticeship is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and a qualification in a dynamic kitchen environment. You'll be involved in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, ensuring a high level of service. The role requires independence and adherence to health and safety regulations, necessitating applicants to be 18 or over. You'll work as part of a supportive team, contributing to daily operations, including stock management and kitchen cleanliness. No prior experience is necessary; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are key. This apprenticeship, delivered through work-based training, leads to a Production Chef Level 2 standard and includes functional skills in English and maths. Upon completion, you will be a qualified member of the kitchen team, capable of supporting the running of the establishment and creating memorable dining experiences.
