About the role

As an Apprentice Team Leader with Urban Heritage, your motivational skills and passion for customer care make you the perfect person to lead our front of house teams. You'll ensure that each team member knows their stuff and can wow customers with a 5* experience. Urban Heritage are contemporary pubs that blends the character and authenticity of Britain's traditional pubs with the energy and style of modern city living. As an Apprentice Team Leader you will provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit. You will deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence. Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork. Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
