About the role
Are you passionate about working with children? Partou Nurseries is recruiting for an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner at their Acorns in Adel Day Nursery in Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience by observing childcare workers, and to learn about planning and maintaining children's records, safeguarding policies, and ensuring the health and safety of children. You will be supported by qualified staff, build relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, and help plan and deliver activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The apprenticeship leads to a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification, with potential for progression to Level 3. Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Problem solving skills, Team working, Creative, Initiative, Patience.
