About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become an Apprentice Group Work Facilitator at Change Grow Live in Rugby. You will focus on delivering and developing group/pod work programmes, such as Foundations of Recovery, using evidence-based practices. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will support service users throughout their treatment and recovery journey, assisting with screening, assessment, psychosocial interventions, and recovery planning. You will also learn about reducing drug and alcohol-related harm, promoting carer and service user involvement, and supporting social reintegration. The role involves working within the prison estate, delivering group-based interventions, and providing 1:1 support for hard-to-engage service users.
