About the role
As an Apprentice Team Leader with Urban & Heritage at the Turks Head, you will lead front-of-house teams, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for motivating team members, resolving issues in management's absence, and coordinating shifts to run smoothly. This role also involves ensuring the safety, legality, and cleanliness of the bar area. You will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that blends traditional pub charm with modern energy. The apprenticeship includes training on Hospitality Supervision at Level 3, including functional skills in maths and English.
