About the role
Join Huntsman and Hounds in Essex as a Chef Apprentice and become a vital part of the Ember Inns community. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your culinary skills and gain a Level 2 Production Chef qualification over 15 months. You'll learn to prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, manage kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to a supportive team environment. No prior experience is needed, just a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn. This is a work-based training program with no college attendance required, supported by regular remote sessions with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-house mentor. You will also gain Functional Skills in English and Maths if applicable.
