About the role
Join the Bottle & Glass Inn (Rainford) as an Apprentice Chef and embark on a culinary journey. As part of the Chef and Brewer collection, you'll contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving delicious pub food. This role offers hands-on experience in preparing, cooking, and presenting food to high standards, while maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety. You'll work closely with a team to ensure timely service and stay updated on new menu items and promotions. This apprenticeship provides valuable on-the-job training without the need for college attendance, including support for functional skills in English and Maths if required. Reviews will be conducted every 12 weeks with your line manager and learner coach.
