About the role
This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Chef with Ember Inns, a part of the Mitchells and Butlers family. You will be working towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The role involves preparing, cooking, and presenting food to brand standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and contributing to a supportive team atmosphere. While no prior experience is necessary, a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential. The apprenticeship includes work-based training with a Lifetime Learner Coach and an in-workplace mentor, covering functional skills in English and maths if required. Upon completion, you will gain a nationally recognized qualification and the skills to support kitchen operations.
