As a Lead Adult Care Worker apprentice, you’ll build advanced care skills, support others in delivering person‑centred care and gain the confidence to take on greater responsibility. A great next step for anyone ready to grow and make a real impact. Duties include developing and reviewing care plans, monitoring vital signs, completing medication records, planning and leading activities, developing communication skills, supervising care workers, providing emergency cover, and participating in multidisciplinary team meetings.

- Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Problem solving skills, Team working, Initiative, Non judgemental, Patience, Compassionate, Willing to learn, Flexibility, Some experience required, Passing a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, Be a UK resident or living in the UK or EU for the last three years for apprenticeship eligibility, Some previous experience in care for this level 3
