About the role
Embark on a leadership path in adult care with ARMSCARE as a Lead Adult Care Worker apprentice. This role focuses on developing advanced care skills, supporting person-centred care delivery, and gaining confidence for increased responsibility. You will learn to create, review, and adapt care plans, monitor vital signs, handle medication records safely, plan and lead activities, improve communication with families, supervise junior care workers, and provide emergency cover.
