About the role
Embark on a leadership path in adult care with ARMSCARE as a Lead Adult Care Worker apprentice. This role involves developing advanced care skills, supporting person-centered care delivery, and taking on increased responsibility. You will learn to create and adapt care plans, monitor vital signs, manage medication records, plan and lead resident activities, improve communication with families, supervise junior care workers, and provide emergency cover. The apprenticeship also includes participation in multidisciplinary team meetings. Applicants must be UK residents or have lived in the UK/EU for the past three years, pass a DBS check, and possess some previous care experience for this Level 3 apprenticeship.
