About the role

An exciting apprenticeship opportunity has arisen with Creative Landscape Company Ltd, a well-established design and landscaping firm based in Twyford, Reading. The apprentice will join existing landscaping teams and gain comprehensive training in both soft and hard landscaping techniques. Creative Landscape has a proven track record of training apprentices, with past participants progressing to other roles within the company. Key duties include performing hard and soft landscaping tasks, selecting and using tools and equipment safely in line with risk assessments, operating machinery, providing excellent client and customer care, and establishing effective working relationships with colleagues. This role demands physical fitness, attention to detail, good time management, and a positive, outgoing attitude. Successful completion may lead to a full-time position, with potential progression to leadership roles within the company.

Entry requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above. Communication skills, Attention to detail, Organisation skills, Customer care skills, Team working, Initiative, Physical fitness, Good time management, Outgoing, Positive attitude. Must be physically fit and able to lift equipment and work in all weathers. Driving is an essential requirement to attend the office or site.
