About the role
Join Premium Country Pub Collection as a Chef apprentice and develop your culinary skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, contributing to an outstanding guest experience. This role offers endless opportunities for growth across 19 brands and 1600 businesses. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training, including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks. Functional Skills in English and Maths will be obtained if needed. Reviews will be conducted every 12 weeks. This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals passionate about cooking who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.
