About the role
Join Miller and Carter as a Chef Apprentice and become a 'Steak Geek'. This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain a qualification in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You'll prepare, cook, and present food to brand standards, handle guest queries, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and contribute to team meetings. No prior experience is needed; a passion for cooking and a willingness to learn are essential. You will work towards a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with work-based training including face-to-face sessions and remote calls with a Lifetime Learner Coach every 6 weeks, plus workplace mentorship.
