About the role

Join Croziers of Birkdale, a friendly family-run cafe, as an Apprentice Chef. You will learn to prepare a variety of dishes including brunch, lunch, cakes, and outside-catering food to a high standard. Supported by the kitchen manager and directors, you will gain practical experience in food preparation, presentation, and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness. This is an active role within a busy cafe environment, offering a genuine prospect of permanent employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
