You will be the friendly face of our establishment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, providing menu recommendations, handling queries, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to brand standards. No prior experience is required, just a warm and helpful attitude. You will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over 15 months, with all training delivered through work-based learning.
