About the role

RAINBOW NURSERY AND PRESCHOOL LTD is seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals for a Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a recognized qualification while building practical experience in a supportive team environment. You will be responsible for creating meaningful relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 2 to 5 years. Key duties include meeting every child's wellbeing needs, safeguarding children, and acting promptly on any child protection concerns. The apprenticeship includes training for a paediatric first aid qualification. Upon completion, there are potential opportunities to progress to higher-level qualifications such as Level 5 Early Years Lead Practitioner, EYITT, ECT, or Level 3 Early Years SENCO, opening doors to a wide range of career paths in early years education and childcare settings.
