About the role
We are seeking a motivated Level 3 Early Years Apprentice to join Ellesmere Children's Centre. This role offers hands-on experience and training within a nursery setting, supporting children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with qualified practitioners, assist with observations and learning records, support daily routines, promote positive behaviour, and partner with colleagues and parents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early years education, a nurturing approach, and a commitment to completing the Level 3 qualification. Previous experience with children is preferred. Training includes on-the-job learning, monthly online masterclasses, and ongoing support from a skills coach and employer mentor. Upon qualification as an Early Years Educator, progression opportunities include Room Leader and Manager L5.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths and English grade 4. Early Years practitioner/childcare experience preferred.
