Nursery Educator Apprenticeship

About the role

This apprenticeship offers a fantastic opportunity to become a Nursery Educator, working with children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment, teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements, and partaking in various indoor and outdoor activities. Key duties include supporting children with self-care needs, communicating effectively with colleagues and parents, and liaising with external customers. The role emphasizes providing a high level of service within a childcare setting. You will gain valuable experience in supporting the development of childcare provision, assisting in meeting Ofsted requirements, and providing stimulating activities for children. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to safeguarding.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths & English: C/4 or above, Functional Skills Maths & English: Level 2. Excellent communication, IT, organisation, and problem-solving skills are essential.
