About the role
This apprenticeship offers an opportunity to become an Early Years Educator at Tom Thumb Nursery. You will work with children aged 0-5 years, contributing to a fun, engaging, and safe environment. Duties include planning and participating in activities, supporting children with self-care, and communicating with staff and parents. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years Educator Level 3. This role requires dedication, commitment, and punctuality. Training will be provided both online and in the workplace, with a dedicated assessor supporting you throughout the 14-month apprenticeship.
Entry requirements
- GCSE Maths & English C/4 or above, or Functional Skills Maths & English Level 2 Pass. Organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, creativity, initiative, non-judgemental attitude, and patience are also essential.
