Early Years Educator Apprentice - Level 3

About the role

PLAYDAYS DAY NURSERY & NURSERY SCHOOL LTD is recruiting for a Childcare Apprentice to join their team at Queens Road Wimbledon. This Level 3 apprenticeship offers a career path in early years education, focusing on creating an outstanding early years experience for children. The apprentice will work as part of a team to support the nursery's growth and study towards a Level 3 Childcare qualification. Duties include providing a warm and stimulating environment, supporting children's well-being and learning, assisting with activity planning, liaising with parents, and promoting positive behaviour. The role also involves assisting with mealtimes and adhering to safeguarding policies. A DBS check will be required.

Entry requirements

• GCSE Maths and English at grade 4 or above. Desired skills include administrative skills, attention to detail, caring nature, communication skills, creativity, customer care, initiative, IT skills, logical thinking, number skills, organisation, patience, presentation skills, problem-solving, and teamwork.
