About the role

Join NEW BIRTH DAY NURSERY LTD as an Early Years Educator Apprentice and embark on a rewarding career in childcare. This Level 3 apprenticeship involves acting as a key person to a group of children, fostering strong relationships with parents and carers, and ensuring each child's individual needs are met. You will work in partnership with families, advise management on child well-being and safety, and provide stimulating play experiences. Key responsibilities include ensuring children's safety and adhering to child protection procedures, actively participating in team meetings and training, and taking responsibility for your professional development. This role offers a structured training program leading to an Early Years Educator Level 3 qualification, including paediatric first aid and functional skills in maths and English if required.

• GCSE English: 4 (Desired), GCSE Maths: 4 (Desired), strong communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, number, analytical, logical, teamwork, creative, initiative, non-judgemental, patience, and physical fitness skills.
