About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and assessments, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, and ensuring the health, safety, and wellbeing of children at all times. You will also follow safeguarding, child protection, and confidentiality procedures and contribute to a nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Essential requirements include GCSEs in English and Maths. Desired is a GCSE in Early Years Practitioner. Strong communication, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills are also important. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into senior roles.
