About the role
An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.
Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities with support, completing observations and contributing to assessments, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children, and following safeguarding procedures. The role requires a genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to completing the apprenticeship qualification. Successful apprentices may secure a permanent Early Years Educator position with opportunities to progress into senior roles.
Entry requirements
- GCSE English and Maths (Pass). Desired: GCSE Early Years Practitioner (Pass). Essential skills include communication, IT, attention to detail, organisation, customer care, problem-solving, presentation, administrative, numerical, analytical, logical, teamwork, creativity, initiative, being non-judgemental, and patience.
