About the role
An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career. Duties include supporting children's learning and development through play, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, and supporting children's care routines. You will also build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, observe children's progress, and promote equality and inclusion. The role requires adherence to safeguarding, child protection, health and safety procedures, and reporting any concerns regarding a child's welfare. This is a team-oriented role focused on providing high-quality care and education.
