About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to kick start your career in Early Years! Rainbow Day Nursery have a friendly and supportive team who will help you throughout your apprenticeship journey.
Duties include working as part of a team, building confidence in liaising with parents/carers, helping to provide an enabling environment for children's play, development, and learning. You will maintain confidentiality, ensure effective supervision of children and the environment, adhere to policies and procedures, and develop knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Characteristics of Effective Learning (CoEL). The role also involves developing into a Key Person to meet children's learning and development needs. A minimum of 6 hours per week will be spent on apprenticeship work and training. Upon successful completion, there is a strong possibility of a permanent position within the business.
