Apprentice Level 3 Early Years Educator in a Nursery - RL

About the role

An exciting opportunity to continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a supportive early years setting. Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification and supporting children aged 0-5 to learn, develop and thrive.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework, planning and delivering engaging activities, completing observations and contributing to assessments, supporting children's personal, social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour and inclusive practice, working closely with colleagues and families, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of children, and following safeguarding and child protection procedures. The role requires good communication skills, attention to detail, organisation skills, customer care skills, problem-solving skills, initiative, and patience. Upon successful completion, there are opportunities to progress into senior early years roles.
