About the role

An exciting opportunity to start or continue your childcare career with Parenta Training, working within a welcoming early years setting. Gain hands-on experience supporting children aged 0-5 whilst working towards a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification and developing valuable skills for a rewarding career.

Duties include supporting children's learning and development, assisting in creating a safe and stimulating environment, supporting children's care routines and wellbeing, building positive relationships, observing progress, promoting equality and inclusion, following safeguarding procedures, and working as part of a team.

Requirements include strong communication skills, attention to detail, organisation, problem-solving abilities, teamwork, initiative, and patience. Successful apprentices may progress to a Level 3 qualification.
